Every StormEdge® blade is covered for 24 months from the date of purchase against streaking, chattering, premature edge wear, and spine or adapter failure under normal use.

To file a claim, email rick@stormedgewipers.com with your order number and a photo of the blade. Approved claims ship a replacement within one business day. No return of the original required.

Not covered: damage from ice scrapers, automatic car washes with brush systems, or use on glass with chips or cracks in the wipe path.

Orders placed by 2pm ET ship the same business day from Cleveland, Ohio.

• Standard: 3 to 5 business days. Free over $50, otherwise $6.95.
• Express: 1 to 2 business days. $12.95.

Tracking is emailed when the label is created. We currently ship to all 50 US states. Canada is coming in the next phase.

Wrong size? Exchange free within 60 days. We ship the correct size first and include a prepaid label for the original.

Changed your mind? Unopened blades can be returned within 60 days for a full refund to the original payment method.
